California requires companies with 50 or more employees to provide two hours of sexual harassment prevention training to California supervisors within six months of hire or promotion, and every two years thereafter.
Part-time and temp employees (including those hired through staffing agencies) plus independent contractors are part of the minimum employee count of 50.
If you need to retrain supervisors before the end of the year (or any time of year), CalChamber is offering an online harassment prevention training course for California supervisors. For more information, click here.
