Northern California Land with Excellent Water Rights for Sale

A 10-acre plot of land is for sale in Whitmore, California for $199,000. The property lies on Old Cow Creek and has excellent water rights from the Creek (38,880 gallons per day) as well as an irrigation ditch that runs through the middle of the parcel. The water is clean, cold, and has potential for aquaculture uses. The parcel contains a new well, existing septic, and power at the property.
