Successful Legal Challenge by US Association of Reptile Keepers Concerning Lacey Act

The National Aquaculture Association (NAA) recently provided a US Fish and Wildlife Service generated document that summarizes the successful legal challenge brought by the US Association of Reptile Keepers concerning whether the Lacey Act authorizes the agency to regulate interstate commerce within the continental United States.
