New Seafood HACCP Training Manual & Memo from the FDA to Seafood Processors

The Seafood HACCP Alliance has released the 6th edition of its Seafood HACCP training manual, which can be viewed here.

The training manual is a helpful guide to help the industry understand the Basic parts of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point food safety management system.
