This year, the California Aquaculture Association (CAA) called upon Justin Saenz to assist in developing and managing the aquaculture exhibit at the California State Fair in Sacramento.
The aquaculture exhibit gave the public an opportunity to see how our state’s farmers produce and raise fish to meet the increasing demand for food. And not only do California fish farmers provide fish to restaurants and supermarkets both locally and around the world, but they also stock California’s warm water fishing lakes.
Aquaculture continues to play an increasing role in meeting demand for food on a local, national, and international level. We (CAA) sincerely thank Justin Saenz for his work in helping us to communicate the importance of aquaculture to the public at the Sacramento State Fair.
