The U.S. Department of Agriculture is requesting public input on their Agriculture Innovation Agenda (AIA). The goal of the AIA is to stimulate innovation so that American agriculture can achieve the goal of increasing agricultural production by 40 percent while cutting the environmental footprint of agriculture production in half by 2050.
USDA is requesting public input on the most innovative technologies and practices that can be readily deployed across U.S. agriculture to meet this goal. As an important and growing segment of U.S. agriculture, both marine and fresh water aquaculture stakeholders are encouraged to provide comments.
