Waste Discharge Permit Fees

The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is required to adopt emergency regulations revising and establishing fees each year to be deposited in the Waste Discharge Permit Fund. After wrapping up the stakeholder process this year, staff proposed, and the Board adopted fees to conform to the revenue and overall expenditure levels provided for in the signed FY 19-20 budget.
