Future of Food: Second Course Lecture Series at The Aquarium of the Pacific

The Aquarium of the Pacific’s Seafood for the Future program presents The Future of Food: Second Course, an ongoing series of talks hosted by former Los Angeles Times Food Editor and cookbook author Russ Parsons and featuring experts representing different sectors of the American food system. The Second Course features an engaging dialogue between Russ Parsons and his esteemed guests and small bite appetizers and spirits representing the speaker’s area of expertise. Guests will enjoy the food and conversation while taking in the view of Rainbow Harbor from the Aquarium’s rooftop veranda. Tickets include Aquarium admission prior to dinner.
