Skretting USA based out of Tooele, Utah is currently seeking an Inside Sales/Production Planner. This role will report to the Account/Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the processing of fish feed sales orders from sales staff or direct customer contact. Also responsible for coordinating and preparing production schedule through various production stages to ensure availability of quality product to fulfill sales orders. This role has growth potential into our Sales Team.

Key Accountabilities – Inside Sales
 Process customer sales orders received through direct call, fax or email
 Enter orders into Movex accurately and in timely manner; verify accuracy of price, quantity, delivery conditions, etc.
 Ensure quality, delivery timelines, and order specifications meet client expectations
 Maintain customer records with sales contracts and other information
 Be knowledgeable on product pricing and inventory availability
 Update customer issues database and communicate/escalate to outside sales as appropriate
 Coordinate with other departments as required regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders
 Contact customers in regards to shortages, backorders or delays in delivery times
 Provide customer service/support

Production Planner
 Schedule production for maximum through-put as well as minimum down time
 Review production schedules with Supervisor to determine materials requirements and ensure materials are available according to schedules
 Create new product codes and product structures
 Release production orders and manage on-hold products in Movex
 Report on completed production orders
 Assist in inventory management of finished goods
 Review sale forecast/internal demand forecast

Qualifications
 Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent; prefer post-secondary degree in Aquaculture or related OR experience in aquaculture industry
 Prefer a minimum 2-4 years relevant customer service and inside sales experience
 Possesses an understanding of operations, products and inventory management
 Good computer skills (working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office)
 Strong communication skills
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Ability to work under demanding time constraints
