Conservation and Management of Pacific Mackerel: Open for Comment

By October 13, please submit your comments on a proposed rule to implement annual management measures and harvest specifications to establish the allowable catch levels for Pacific mackerel in the U.S. exclusive economic zone off the Pacific coast. This proposed rule is intended to conserve and manage Pacific mackerel stocks.
