The deadline for comments is August 21, 2015. The OPC will hold three public meetings around the state for the purpose of receiving comments on the draft guidelines:
- June 24th in Sacramento, 1416 Ninth Street, from 1-5pm;
- July 14 or 15 likely in Northern California, location TBD; and
- August 11 or 12 likely in Southern California, location TBD.
