NAA Webinar: Cash Flow-based Planning for Aquaculture Businesses

From the National Aquaculture Association:

A Free Webinar for Aquaculture Business Owners and Managers
hosted by the National Aquaculture Association

More aquaculture businesses fail due to lack of adequate cash flow than for any other reason.  Aquaculture businesses require substantial amounts of both investment and operating capital.  In addition, revenues received from aquaculture sales are frequently  seasonal.  As a result, cash flow problems are common and, when severe, can lead to failure of the business.

This 1-hour webinar will discuss how to avoid serious cash flow problems.  Key steps to monitor cash flow will be presented along with some simple measures that can be used to identify when cash flow is about to become a serious problem.  Strategies to both avoid cash flow problems and to correct them will be discussed.

This webinar will answer basic questions about cash flow and how to manage an aquaculture business to avoid serious cash flow problems.  Join us and engage in the discussion of how cash flow-based management can increase the financial strength of aquaculture businesses.
