National Aquaculture Association: Showcase Your Products in Las Vegas

Deadline for participation is March 7th

Las Vegas is a major restaurant city with noted chefs who influence menus and diners across the country. On Tuesday March 25th, the NAA will be presenting our Chefs’ Program at a dinner for the Las Vegas Chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF). The program focuses on U.S. aquaculture and stresses the safety and sustainability of our products. In addition to chefs, there will also be members of the media in attendance.

The ACF dinners feature a buffet with a variety of foods. The attendance for this event will be between 100 and 120 guests, all of whom are food professionals. Because the focus of the evening is U.S. aquaculture, we would like to showcase NAA members’ products. The hosting chef will work around any products that are donated. The NAA will provide table tents identifying companies and products for the chafing dishes as well as a listing of companies who have donated product.

In addition to the dinner program, the NAA will also be exhibiting at the Catersource Trade Show.   Please complete your trade show listing form so that it will be included in our materials for distribution.  Any trade leads collected will be disseminated to NAA members.

If you would like to donate product or would like further details: please contact Linda ODierno, Linda@thenaa.net  or 914.330.7678.
