Mexico’s Baja Cali bullish on aquaculture expansion

ENSENADA, Mexico — Baja California, the most northwestern state of Mexico, is working to create a booming aquaculture industry in the coming decade, Matias Arjona Rydalch, the region’s secretary of fisheries and aquaculture of the region, told Undercurrent News during the 2017 Offshore Mariculture Conference last week.
